Our Customers in this project wanted a privacy wall that stood out. We designed and poured this wall with added posts to allow us to attach the beams to run along the top. We added wood slats in between each post to finish the lower, top section of the wall. We kept the wood going by building a custom door for the gate entrance. This door includes a custom steel frame and hardware, along with two speakeasy to keep it unique! We chose a natural stone from Baltazar's Stone to complement the wood accents and really give this wall a bold look!
This build required a retaining wall for their backyard in order to install a pool. They needed access from the main drive for their guest. We designed and built a wall and stairs to accomodate. The wall was dressed up with built in planter boxes headed down to the pool deck. We also installed two fountains in the longer wall for an extra feature pool side.
Our pool side Fireplace was custom built to fit the end of our clients pool deck. We built this one with two fire boxes, a wood mantel and a custom steel cap. We also added two fountains along side the pool to compliment the fireplace.
Grilling and Bonfires next to the lake, Yes Please!
For this project we created a large fire pit, with stationary seating on 3 sides. Behind the fire pit area and connected to the seating, we added a back rest that also serves as a bar/counter space. More counter space is added around the grill section. This project was finished out with a natural stone from Baltazar Stone and Granit tops for all seating and counter areas.
We worked with Silent Rivers on this stunning patio addition. Silent RIvers created a beatiful pergola that ties into our wall. In this wall we included multiple planter boxes throughout to allow endless landscaping options around their patio. Complete with a stone finish.
Backyard Transformation!
CMC Pools of Iowa installed this fabulous Pool with tons of space for a patio that includes it all. We started with a retaining wall extended from the house to continue on one side, with added stairs halfway through for an entry way into the pool area. We poured a half wall on the pool deck to create a bar and lounge area for guest to relax away from all the pool fun. The wall sections were all finished out in painted stucco. Top of the wall, we added a custom, steel frame hand rail with moveable louvers to give more privacy around the pool. Using Danver Outdoor Cabinets, we built a durable outdoor Kitchen Space complete with Stainless Steel Cabinets, a Grill, Two outdoor Refrigerators and a Beverage Station. We finished this project with the Fitz Roy; Teak, Outdoor Furniture Set, Timor Teak Dining table, along with Bar Stools, all from Kettler USA!
Pool House Ammenities:
In this project we designed an outdoor Grill area and Counterspace contecting to the pool house . We created a small wall with an area for the grill to fit. Opposite side we built a bar section for seating; leaving it open for foot space. Pool House, bar top and grill area are finished with a beatiful Stone and granite to compliment the project. Heading inside the pool house, we created a kitchen, storage room and a bathroom. The cabinets and bathroom vanity we used a Modern door style with Olyphant Oak finsish from American Outdoor Cabinets, along with continuing the granite inside. Finishing the floor with a Speckled Polyaspartic Coating. Designing both indoor and outdoor space arond thier pool deck.
A Covered Lounge!
Here we created a space for our clients to use all 3 seasons and maybe a few days during that 4th one! We designed an outdoor kitchen/lounge area that includes Black, Danver, Stainless Steel Cabients with grill and outdoor refridgeration; A floor to celing fireplace, and bar height area facing the pool. We finshied our kitchen space with a beatuiful granite. The main structure we added a natural stone from Baltazar Stone, to give it the perfect finish! Summer time, Football, and everything in-between, this space is ready!
